About Air Apps

At Air Apps, we believe in thinking bigger and moving faster. We’re a family-founded company on a mission to create the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP), and we need your passion and ambition to help us change how people plan, work, and live. Born in Lisbon, Portugal in 2018 and now with offices in both Lisbon and San Francisco we’ve remained self-funded while reaching over 100 million downloads worldwide.

Our long-term focus drives us to challenge the status quo every day, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven solutions that truly make a difference. Here, you’ll be a creative force, shaping products that empower people across the globe.

Join us on this journey to redefine resource management and change lives along the way.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to validate features, identify issues, and help deliver smooth, high-performing user experiences.

This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured testing, clear documentation, and collaborating across teams to continuously improve product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform smoke testing and regression testing to validate new releases and feature updates.

  • Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.

  • Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.

  • Support bug triage processes by collaborating with developers and product teams.

  • Use test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray to manage and track test cases.

  • Work with project management tools like Jira or Asana to log issues and monitor progress.

  • Validate functionality across different browsers and mobile devices.

  • Use basic browser developer tools to inspect elements, monitor requests, and support troubleshooting.

  • Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Around 1–3+ years of experience in manual software testing or a similar QA role.

  • Solid understanding of testing concepts such as smoke testing, regression testing, and structured bug reporting.

  • Experience using at least one test management tool (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray).

  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.

  • Exposure to testing across different browsers and mobile devices.

  • Basic understanding of browser developer tools.

  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with mobile and web application testing best practices.

  • Experience executing detailed test cases and maintaining test documentation.

  • Experience with bug reporting and participating in bug triage discussions.

  • Basic familiarity with JSON structures and HTML.

We encourage candidates who meet most, but not necessarily all, of the listed qualifications to apply.
