Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector (Remote, South Wales-Based)

📍 Location: Remote (must be based in South Wales – Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Bridgend, or nearby)
💷 Salary: Competitive base + 12.5% uncapped commission
