Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a well-established financial services firm now seeking a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, qualified advisor who thrives working independently while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based setup.

The Role:

You'll provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a range of clients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to application. With strong communication skills and a client-first mindset, you'll ensure each individual receives clear, honest, and expert advice to support their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products
• Managing end-to-end applications with lenders and insurers
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and compliance regulations
• Working toward agreed income targets through proactive lead follow-up
• Delivering outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification (essential)
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload
• Strong knowledge of current mortgage and protection products
• Motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pre-Employment:
A full credit check will be required prior to onboarding.
