The Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer & Team Lead to join a small, high-impact team with the foresight to scale. This is not a manager-only role - you'll spend about 80% of your time hands-on, coding and architecting, while dedicating the rest to mentoring, guiding, and shaping the technical roadmap.
You Will
Build real-time trading workflows and data-heavy applications.
Lead and mentor a small team while setting coding standards and best practices.
Take ownership of architecture and technical direction.
Collaborate with product and stakeholders to align engineering with business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of full stack engineering experience.
Strong hands-on skills in Rust (React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL also key).
2+ years' experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead.
Solid knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, AWS).
Comfortable balancing hands-on coding with leadership.
Nice to Have
Background in trading, energy, or financial systems.
Multi-tenant SaaS patterns.
Performance tuning for high-traffic, time-series systems.
