Job description
A privately held, workforce solutions business operating across multiple industries on a global scale is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team. What you’ll be doing as Senior Recruitment Consultant:
You will be sourcing top candidates, focusing primarily on tech-oriented interim and permanent placements across the UK and Europe. Your main role will be to source candidates and effectively manage the process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various sourcing methods (Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Market Research & Insight: Stay current with tech recruitment trends to provide strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop deep partnerships with candidates, ensuring long-term collaboration
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to achieve common goals.
What we’re looking for in a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in recruitment (interim or permanent) across the UK and/or Europe. Technology background is desired.
  • Sales-Driven & Proactive: Comfortable interacting with candidates, meeting targets, and leveraging networking opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Able to engage stakeholders at all levels and effectively close deals.
  • Culture Fit: You operate with integrity, value teamwork, and embrace a "best in class" service mindset.
  • Flexibility: Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely, with the ability to visit London/Essex as needed.
  • Business Development (Desired): Grow and maintain a robust client portfolio by understanding client needs and proposing tailored recruitment solutions.
