Job description

Role:
Paid Social Specialist

Function: Creative Strategy | Media Buying | Meta & TikTok Ads | Acquisition Strategy

Responsibility: Own and execute paid ad strategies that drive growth for D2C brands.

Reports to: Senior Paid Social Manager

Location: Remote-first (UK-based), with optional access to a Leeds office

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 DOE

Why Us?
Want to own paid media strategy for high-growth D2C brands spending thousands per day? At Launch With Us, we manage over £8M in Meta and TikTok ads and help eCommerce clients win in noisy markets. As a Paid Social Specialist, you'll run high-budget campaigns, lead performance strategy, and shape creative output that drives measurable growth.

This is a hands-on, career-defining opportunity for someone ready to lead acquisition for exciting challenger brands—without stepping into people management.

Background:
Launch With Us is one of the UK’s fastest-growing advertising agencies, founded in 2021 by seasoned performance marketers. We’ve built a lean, high-performing team of 10 and delivered exceptional results for brands like Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Bubble Panda, DJK, and Watermans.

Our sweet spot is D2C eCommerce. We help our clients scale profitably by combining data-led paid media with creative that converts. As we grow, we’re restructuring and investing in new talent—like you.

As we scale further, we’re making key investments in our structure, people, and processes to support our next phase of growth. We’re now looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our team and take ownership of campaign execution and performance for a range of high-growth D2C brands.

This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to work with exciting clients. You’ll be empowered to make strategic and creative decisions that directly impact results. You’ll manage large media budgets, use top-tier tools like Triple Whale and Motion, and be fully responsible for hitting client growth KPIs such as CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and spend efficiency.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of a portfolio of D2C e-commerce clients, working in fast-moving and competitive categories. You’ll lead campaign setup, optimisation, and testing with a sharp eye on creative performance and return on ad spend.

  • Strategise, build, and optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns across multiple clients, with budgets ranging from £5k to over £25k per month.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation, aligned to each client’s KPIs.
  • Collaborate directly with clients via Slack and video calls to share updates, performance insights, and ideas.
  • Use tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, and Klaviyo to monitor and improve results.
  • Actively monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot underperforming ads and creative variations.
  • Contribute insights and testing ideas to improve ad creative, landing pages, and customer journeys.
  • Work closely with your Senior Account Manager and peers to maintain a high standard of delivery across accounts.
  • Stay current with platform changes and best practices across eCommerce and paid media.

Main Skills:

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual with strong hands-on experience in paid social for eCommerce. This is not a junior role—you’ll be responsible for managing significant budgets and producing tangible performance results.

  • 2+ years of experience running Meta and TikTok ads, specifically for D2C e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of Shopify stores and customer acquisition strategies
  • Familiarity with tools such as Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and Motion (or similar alternatives)
  • Proven ability to manage £1–2k+ per day in ad spend across multiple campaigns
  • Confident communicator who can lead client comms and present performance clearly
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for testing and optimisation
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first team environment
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail across multiple client accounts

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • You take full ownership of your work and outcomes
  • You are proactive and enjoy working directly with clients and team members
  • You have a strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and paid social mechanics
  • You’re curious and committed to continuous learning and experimentation
  • You’re a team player, comfortable collaborating and sharing feedback
  • You’re passionate about growing brands through creative, data-led marketing
  • Join a world-class team of high performers, passionate about growing D2C brands
  • Work across a diverse set of industries and clients with unique scaling challenges
  • Opportunity to work abroad for up to 30 days a year (T&Cs apply)
  • Extra holiday – take your birthday off, on us
  • Structured 6- and 12-month progression plans toward senior-level roles
  • Company pension scheme
  • Regular training and personal development
  • Monthly team incentives and Kudos reward scheme (Amazon, Just Eat, Deliveroo, etc.)
  • Annual salary reviews tied to performance and contribution
  • Christmas bonus based on performance and tenure

Progression Path:

This role is designed to grow into a Senior Paid Social Specialist or Manager position within 6–12 months, depending on performance. As you demonstrate ownership and deliver results, you’ll have the opportunity to take on higher-spend clients, strategic planning, and potentially manage junior team members.

Launch With Us is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, where all of our employees have equal access to opportunities and everyone’s voices are heard. We respect and value all differences (seen and unseen) and strongly encourage applications from all backgrounds, which will be considered regardless of race, colour, religion or belief, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy and maternity, disability, or age.
