Contracts & Services Manager
- Fully Remote/Home Based
- Salary up to £36,500 plus 28 days holiday (+ bank holidays)

A national charity is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a remote basis. This role will manage and oversee contract delivery for the southern region of the organisation from the midlands down to the south coast. Duties will include:
- Ensuring contract and service delivery is taking place as per SLA's (contract analysis / KPI's)
- Ensuring staff allocation is effective in each region
- Stakeholder management
- Analysing and interpreting data against service and financial outcomes
- Advising Operations Manager on outputs and improvement areas
-Reporting on and reviewing performance
- Ensuring effective processes across delivery
- Work with stakeholders to review service delivery
To be considered suitable for the role you will need the following:
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret data
- Understanding of service delivery and measuring effectiveness
