Job Details Senior CDP, The Horses - LondonWe are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our new opening, The Horses!Opening in August , The Horses will bring a fresh hospitality offering to Farringdon. Set within a building that has long been part of the local community, the venue will combine a pub atmosphere with exceptional dining, quality drinks, and attentive service across multiple floors. We are building a team that prides itself on delivering authentic hospitality, who are collaborative and create a genuinely warm, welcoming environment for every guest. This is an opportunity to join a new opening and help shape the venue from day one, becoming part of a business that values quality, teamwork, and a shared passion for great service. What you'll be doing as a Senior Chef de Partie: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality rustic Italian dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.Work across different sections of the kitchen, supporting the smooth running of service.Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your section.Assist with stock control and ensure all food is stored, labelled, and rotated according to food safety guidelines.Collaborate, train and lead other team members.Contribute to the development of new dishes and seasonal menus.Maintain excellent communication with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient, positive working environment.About you, our new Senior Chef de Partie:Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Chef de Partie in a high quality, fast-paced kitchen. A passion for sustainability, seasonality and innovative cooking techniques.Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.The ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results during a busy service.A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.A desire to learn and progress within the industry.
