The Role A Paralegal role has arisen in our Belfast Real Estate team, working on a wide variety of matters. Responsibilities * Handle SDLT and NI registrations at the Land Registry * Registry of Deeds * Update Lender Exchange, LMS and Help to Buy Portals * Prepare Contracts and draft Deeds * Companies House registration and searches * Assisting on English landlord and tenant matters. You’ll be supporting a Partner, Legal Director and the wider Belfast team and so this is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn and network with very experienced professionals. The Person We are interested in speaking with candidates who are enthusiastic, have a keen interest in law, a thirst for learning; enjoy working in a team, able to manage their own workload, and who have an eye for detail.
