Job description
Office Overview Birchrose Associates is a specialist legal recruitment firm that partners with law firms across the UK and the United States. The company focuses on placing lawyers and legal business support professionals and is known for its high-performing recruitment services within the legal sector. The firm operates as a trusted advisor to top law firms and provides deep insights into the London legal market. Position Overview Birchrose Associates is seeking a Legal Resourcer to join its UK team on a part-time basis for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. The role will involve supporting Legal Recruitment Consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes, particularly within the Legal Business Support market such as PA/Secretarial, HR, Finance, and Risk & Compliance. Roles and Responsibilities * Sourcing high-quality business support candidates for Top 200 UK law firms in London * Participating in vacancy briefings with Legal Recruitment Consultants * Building candidate pools on LinkedIn and other professional platforms * Conducting candidate screening calls and preparing shortlists * Drafting and posting job advertisements * Supporting market research and analysis related to the legal recruitment sector * Assisting with social media outreach and candidate engagement Eligibility * Candidates with a law background (studies or employment) or recruitment experience * Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Candidates must have the right to work in the UK Job Details Opportunity: Legal Resourcer (Part-Time, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract) Stipend/Remuneration: Not specified (includes monthly team bonus and additional benefits) Mode: Hybrid (Part-Time) Location: Farringdon, London, United Kingdom Opportunities * Exposure to the London legal recruitment market * Opportunity to work closely with experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants * Potential contract extension or permanent employment * Additional benefits including team bonuses, social events, gym contribution, and enhanced leave policies J-18808-Ljbffr
