Join us in our mission to shape the future of global logistics. As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you "Dare to Grow" with us?

YOUR ROLE

Our Air and Ocean operation based in Hounslow is looking for a Project Manager & Supply Chain Analyst to support business growth by designing and delivering efficient, profitable logistics solutions for new and existing customers.

In this role you will lead supply chain and logistics projects, identify the best technical solutions in line with internal standards and customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Senior Supply Chain Project Manager you will work closely with logistics management teams to identify opportunities to optimise service levels, improve supply chain performance, and reduce costs. You will analyse logistics data, apply modelling and forecasting techniques, and deliver insights to support better decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the growth of CEVA through the design and delivery of efficient, cost-effective logistics solutions for both new and existing customers.
  • Developing and improving logistics processes, tools, and reporting systems
  • Writing and updating standard operating procedures for key logistics activities
  • Monitoring industry trends and best practice to enhance operational performance
  • Analysing transport, procurement, and delivery performance data to identify improvements
  • Building and maintaining forecasting and cost modelling tools
  • Reporting key performance metrics such as on-time delivery and order fulfilment rates
  • Supporting implementation of new systems, technologies, and process improvements
  • Contributing to budget performance through cost control and gain-share opportunities
  • Supporting project management of new customer implementations and existing account development
  • Providing analytical and operational support to branches and implementation teams

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with hands-on logistics project delivery, and who wants to make a real impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain environments, with a strong background in supply chain analysis, project implementation, and delivery of operational improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with experience in business intelligence, data visualisation, and tools such as Power BI and Tableau to turn data into meaningful insights. You will have a solid understanding of logistics processes, cost control, and financial awareness.

You will have a project management experience with a structured, delivery-focused approach along with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and maintain strong time management.

Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to present clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. You should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in changing environments, with the ability to motivate others and work effectively as part of a team. A strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation is important.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey. We offer a benefits package that includes competitive annual leave entitlement with a fantastic holiday buy scheme, pension and life assurance. There's no doubt that you will be compensated for your hard work and commitment so if you'd like to work for one of the top Logistics providers in the world then please do get in touch to find your next role.
