Summary:
The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Officer to join its Facilities Management team. Acting as the first point of contact for facilities-related enquiries you will play a key role in coordinating maintenance requests supporting property services and ensuring the efficient operation of the Councils estate.
This is a fast-paced high-volume environment where you will manage facilities requests through the CAFM (Civica) system liaise with contractors and stakeholders and help deliver an excellent customer experience.
