What will you be doing
Were seeking a talented individual to join our Service Management team in Liverpool which is responsible for supporting the delivery of safe controlled and high-quality change into live service by providing operational governance across Release Management Service Transition and Change Advisory Board (CAB).
The role acts as a key control point to ensure operational readiness risk mitigation and compliance with service management standards protecting live service stability and improving service performance.
