We are now looking for a skilled Vehicle Painter to join the team in Eastleigh. This role suits someone with at least 3 years vehicle painting experience who can consistently deliver the highest quality finishes in a modern fastpaced and clean working environment.

The Role
As a Vehicle Painter you will be responsible for preparing priming painting and finishing vehicles to insurer and manufacturer standards. You will work closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative team ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

Paint vehicles to a high standard ensuring timely completion
Carry out preparation work including priming and masking
Demonstrate strong knowledge of paint processes and techniques
Accurately colourmatch painted panels to original vehicle finishes
Apply the correct amount of paint to achieve optimal results
Inspect completed paintwork and polish or rectify as required
Use RPE and PPE correctly and in line with safety requirements
Maintain a clean organised and efficient workspace
Work effectively as part of a team in a highpressure environment

Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter in an automotive repair environment
Indepth knowledge of all aspects of vehicle painting
A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues
Ability to complete work from start to finish within set timeframes
Comfortable managing high volumes of work under pressure
Capable of meeting strict targets and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
