As our next Senior Exterior Designer youll be leading coordinating and managing multiple projects in varying stages of development from initial advanced strategy through early architectural investigations and design development through to the delivery of the launch products and beyond. You will be creating and leading future Aston Martin design programmes.
To excel in this role youll need to be Passionate positive and creative Senior Exterior Designer who will continually strive for the most successful outcome acting as a technical expert for Exterior Design within the Aston Martin Design Studio. Working with a team of designers youll be responsible for generating and leading design proposals for future products. You should be able to perform at both Macro and Micro level - able to set high-level strategic direction as well as deep-dive into a detailed design process. Ensure all design deadlines are met - including internal and external releases gateways and data releases.
Youre not the type to affect the evolution of Aston Martin Design Programmes. The role isnt a programme manager role. You are a hands-on designer ensuring all design deadlines are met - including internal and external releases gateways and data this role you will bring a sufficient level of Creative Design Experience to deliver world class design in the next generation of Aston Martin products. As a Senior Exterior Designer youll continually strive for the most successful outcome acting as a technical expert for Exterior Design within the Aston Martin Design Studio and you would enjoy delivering inspiring results on time and to cost targets with a clear understanding of the impacts of design decisions on the overall business.
