Organizational Leadership:

• Be responsible for the Plant and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations facilities materials and employees.

• Lead a cross-functional organization and operational value stream by setting objectives developing plans executing daily management activities and implementing corrective action (as required) to ensure customer success

• Drive collaborative relationships with other Regal Rexnord plants to foster a One Team mentality

• Ability to establish organizational vision in both quantitative and qualitative measures with the ability to progress toward established vision.

• Foster a learning organization that is invested in recognizing and understanding performance gaps investing energy to perpetually tackle the tough problems embrace change for progress in organization and in business.

Drive Business Performance - SQDC:

• Utilize an 80/20 mindset to overserve our top customers through strong operational performance

• Effectively develop communicate and align the organization around the business Key Performance Indicators to ensure performance targets are achieved.

• Champion all EH&S efforts. Ensure that employee and product safety are the top priority. Drive a culture of Safety zero accidents and actively provide leadership relative to safety accountability with site leadership team.

• With the site leadership team lead the business management cadence (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) that drives Safety Quality Delivery and Cost performance throughout the organization.

• Responsible for operational and financial performance of the business focused on Revenue Operating Income and Cash performance. Effectively manage budgets and spending to achieve long and short term business objectives.

• Partner with other Site Leaders Business Unit Business Segment and Central Functions to ensure both Regal Rexnords and Customers Success.

Talent Management:

• Provide experienced and effective leadership coaching and mentorship for the organization.

• With Plant Leadership and HR Business Partner lead talent management system for the plant driving organizational effectiveness proper structure and employee development aligned with achieving business objectives.

• Identify recruit and retain top talent. Talent hawk.

Continuous Improvement Leadership:

• Set a clear vision for the site with a supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) Roadmap to achieve the intended future state.

• Lead the development organizational alignment and achievement of long term value stream/operational improvement priorities (Policy Deployment).

• Lead Daily Management activities at Gemba to drive SQDC performance and improvement across the business.

• Lead and engage employees during daily management kaizens and projects to drive continuous improvement and foster a progressive organization.

• Leverage knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement principles to solve problems utilizing a structured data-driven fact-based and team oriented approach.

• Establish and lead an organization energized by effective problem solving defect elimination and effective root cause corrective action.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have proven experience:

• Masters degree or equivalent related experience required advanced degree preferred

• 5 years (Production Mfg Eng Quality) min. 3-5 year in Leadership role in a manufacturing company preferably in machining industry

• proven managerial experience adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting strategic planning resource allocation and human resources)

• technical background familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise

• be knowledgeable of safety quality productivity demand creation inventory and stewardship processes

• result and performance oriented decision-making skills communication and change management strong teamwork and people management skills

• very good command of English

• knowledge of Lean tools (Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma required - Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred)

• experience with 80/20 business simplification preferred
