About the role

We are looking for a senior tax leader to join M&Gs Group Tax team as Head of Life Tax leading our Life taxfunctionand supporting a dynamic and evolving business. This is a high-impact role at the centre of the Groups financial and regulatory agenda combining technicalexpertise commercialinsightand strategic influence.

Whatyoulldo

• Lead all aspects of Life tax compliance and reporting ensuring high-quality delivery in a well-controlled environment.

• Act as a trusted adviser to the Life business supporting strategic initiativestransactionsand regulatory change.

• Manage key relationships with HMRC auditors and senior stakeholders across FinanceRiskand the business.

• Play a key role in managing tax risk and contributing to the Groups wider tax strategy and control framework.

• Build and lead a high-performing team driving capability development and continuous improvement.

About you

• Deepexpertisein Life / insurance taxation with strong technical and judgement skills.

• Proven experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders in complexorganisations.

• Commercially minded with the ability to translate technical issues into clear business advice.

• Strong focus on governance riskmanagementand delivery.
