Sales Manager Buy-to-Let Mortgages
Location: Home based some travel to London
Salary: 70 100k Basic Bonus Benefits (Dependent on experience)
Our client is a highly successful specialist property finance lender ready for its next stage of growth. We are looking for a hands on Sales Manager that is highly experienced within BTL mortgages.
This is a dual-focused role for an experienced BTL sales professional who wants to lead from the front. Youll take ownership of a small team of Business Development Managers coaching and developing them to hit their targets while continuing to originate buy-to-let lending in your own right through mortgage and property finance brokers.
Its an ideal opportunity for a high-performing BDM ready to step into leadership without losing the broker relationships and deal flow that got you there or for an existing Sales Manager who still enjoys being hands on in the market.
