What Youll Be DoingOnce completely trained as a Remedial and Minor Works Estimator/Administrator youll be producing remedial works quotes which have been generated from our Maintenance or Reactive visits to customers.
You will:
Provide quotes and proposals for remedial works via email to the customer responding quickly and effectively to requests and queries.
Deliver outstanding service in every interaction whether on a quick call or a detailed email.
Work closely with Service Managers Technical Team and Service team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
