The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Music specialist to join a department that views the arts as essential to student development. You will have access to dedicated music suites practice rooms and a recording studio equipped with the latest industry-standard software (such as Logic Pro or Sibelius).

Your role will involve delivering a curriculum that balances performance composition and listening. From introducing Year 7s to the fundamentals of rhythm and melody to guiding A-Level students through complex harmonic analysis you will be key to maintaining the high standards of this thriving department.

We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• A specialist degree in Music or Music Education.

• Proficiency in a primary instrument or voice with the ability to support varied extracurricular ensembles (Choir Orchestra or Rock Band).

• Familiarity with Music Technology and its application in the classroom.
