Were recruiting Support Workers to join a Community Short Breaks service supporting children and young people aged 019 with disabilities and additional learning needs across Buckinghamshire.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of something meaningful helping children have fun, build confidence, make friends, and enjoy exciting activities while giving families a well-earned break.
What Youll Be Doing
Supporting children and young people in group and 1:1 sessions
Taking part in fun community activities, days out, and venue-based sessions
Encouraging independence, confidence, and social skills
Supporting communication, wellbeing, and positive behaviour
Helping with personal care where needed
Keeping young people safe and supported at all times
Working closely with a friendly, supportive team
