Corporate Senior Associate/Legal Director

Our corporate team has extensive experience of advising on M&A transactions, MBOs, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and private equity/venture capital, as well as providing corporate law and governance advice. The team provides transactional and advisory services to a wide range of clients including: Management teams, investors and lenders Central government bodies and local authorities Housing associations, as well as development and regeneration vehicles As a senior team member, you will work closely with our partners to deliver innovative and client‑focused legal advice alongside supervising junior lawyers in our team. We are looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join our ambitious and growing corporate law practice. You will play a key role within our national corporate team to deliver commercially focused high‑quality legal advice. Experience of corporate work (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and general company law) is essential. Sound legal knowledge and commercial awareness, with an ability to give tailored and solution‑focused advice to clients and colleagues as part of cross‑discipline offerings
