• Delicious staff meals on shift. * Career progression opportunities, on going training to develop yourself personally and professionally. * What you'll be doing as an Assistant Bar Manager : * * Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations across all four floors, ensuring smooth, efficient service while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Lead by example on the floor, supervising bartenders during service and helping to create a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Assist in delivering an exciting drinks offering and a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the guest experience and encourages repeat visits.
• Support stock management processes, including monitoring inventory levels, tracking usage, receiving deliveries, and assisting with ordering to minimise wastage.
• Coach, train, and develop bar team members, providing ongoing support to help improve performance and promote career progression within the business.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager and wider management team to implement new initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure company policies, licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and service standards are consistently followed. *About you, our new Assistant Bar Manager : * * Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Assistant Bar Manager in a high-end high-volume venue. * Advantageous if you have previous experience in fine dining or high end restaurants * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team. * Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
