We have both a wholesale business supplying some of Londons top restaurants hotels cafés and entertainment venues as well as our local retail bakery shop which is based a ten-minute walk up the road in Greenwich Market.

Key information

• Work as part of a team to ensure that all pastry products are prepared in line with quality requirements and standards and are to a high quality consistently every day and in line with customer orders.
• Capable of learning to produce a wide range of products and working to Company recipes.
• A pro-active personality who is passionate enthusiastic people-focused and adaptable to all personalities.
• Can-do attitude.
• Organised and able to meet deadlines and work to a schedule/plan.
• Willingness to learn and a hunger to develop their pastry skills.
• Ambitious to progress and advance in your career with the Company.
• Follow and maintain company processes and best practice.
• Have a genuine interest and desire to be part of a high-volume Bakery.

Hours: 1 Year fixed term contract with the possibility to permanent contract
45 hours per week on a rotabasis including weekends and bank holidays.

• Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
