Role Purpose
To manage and control the maintenance and repair to M&E equipment across multiple blue-chip contracts within the Mobile Portfolio of Smart. Ensuring appropriate and correct operation of assets and that records are maintained in line with Operational Regulatory and Statutory practice.
Deliver a Smart and world class service have full confidence of the client and team and be a leader of innovation.
Key Duties
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Must have recognised industry qualification in at least one of the following three disciplines:
Knowledges of the following would be ideal: up to date knowledge of current technical standards in relation to Fire Alarm Systems Generators Electrical Services HV & AC and Water Systems Treatment. Up to date knowledge of business-critical services i.e. UPS and MGPS understanding of Statutory Compliance.
IOSH or NEBOSH preferred.
