As an AI Governance Vice President within the HR Data Governance Team you will be part of pivotal transformation initiatives across HR AI Governance. As a team member your goal is to ensure appropriate use under the AI regulations including governance and controls that enable safe scaling and adoption.
Your responsibilities will include identifying potential high risk AI use cases ensuring new AI laws regulations policies and industry frameworks are met while supporting effective change and innovation in a controlled manner.
