Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support their busy disputes team and develop into a future trainee or qualified lawyer.
The Role Litigation Paralegal
Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters
- Drafting legal documents correspondence and court bundles
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court deadlines
- Liaising with clients counsel and third parties
- Supporting fee earners with case preparation and strategy
This role offers excellent exposure to complex and high-value disputes making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their legal career.
What Were Looking For
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:
- Minimum 618 months experience as a Paralegal within a UK law firm
- Experience in litigation or dispute resolution (essential)
- A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/SQE preferable)
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and court processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong drafting skills
- Confident communication and client-facing ability
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in litigation
