We're Looking For Someone Who:
✨ Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✨ Has recent experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2
✨ Creates a calm, engaging, and purposeful learning environment
✨ Has excellent behaviour management and high expectations of all pupils
✨ Is confident planning, delivering and assessing lessons in line with the National Curriculum or EYFS Framework
✨ Can differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and EAL
✨ Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and the wider school community
✨ Is passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally
⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:
- Deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire pupils to enjoy learning
- Foster an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, supported and challenged
- Work collaboratively with experienced teachers, support staff and senior leaders
- Monitor pupil progress through effective assessment and feedback
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school, including school events and enrichment opportunities
- Help pupils develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of learning
