Amazon Marketplace Manager | Premium Beauty Portfolio | Up to £65,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Euston, London | Hybrid (4 Days Per Week)
This isn't just an Amazon Marketplace role.
It's an opportunity to shape how premium brands are represented, protected and grown across Amazon UK and European marketplaces.
I'm partnering with a well-established US beauty group that works with a portfolio of luxury skincare, premium beauty and high-value consumer brands. With 10 brands already in its portfolio and further launches planned across the UK and Europe, the business is investing heavily in its Amazon presence.
They are now looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of marketplace performance across their portfolio, ensuring each brand is positioned correctly, commercially optimised and protected in a competitive marketplace.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that Amazon is not just about driving sales volume. It is about building long-term brand value, maintaining premium positioning and creating a customer experience that reflects the quality of the products.
This isn't a role for someone coming from a purely high-volume, low-margin environment where success is only measured through units sold. The successful candidate will understand how to grow brands whilst protecting pricing, content quality and overall brand reputation.
The Opportunity
You'll own the day-to-day management and commercial performance of Amazon UK and European marketplaces across a portfolio of premium beauty brands.
As the Amazon function continues to grow and additional brands launch across the UK and Europe, this role offers a clear pathway into leadership. You'll have the opportunity to help shape processes, influence marketplace strategy and play a key role in building the future Amazon team.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of Amazon trading performance, ensuring brands are presented at the highest standard and positioned for sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring strong account health and smooth day-to-day trading.
- Owning product listings end-to-end, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, imagery, A+ content and backend optimisation.
- Developing marketplace strategies that improve visibility, conversion and organic performance.
- Protecting brand positioning through strong content standards, pricing awareness and monitoring marketplace activity.
- Identifying and addressing opportunities around unauthorised sellers, catalogue accuracy and customer experience.
- Working closely with Amazon Media teams to ensure advertising and marketplace activity work together effectively.
- Supporting FBA operations, including stock availability, replenishment and forecasting.
- Analysing marketplace performance, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Producing reporting and insights to support commercial decisions.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to deliver strong marketplace execution.
About You
You'll already have hands-on Amazon Marketplace experience and understand how to grow brands whilst maintaining commercial discipline.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
- A strong understanding of Amazon listings, SEO, A+ content and conversion optimisation.
- Experience managing premium, branded or high-consideration products on Amazon.
- Commercial awareness around pricing, margins, profitability and brand positioning.
- Experience analysing Amazon performance data and turning insights into action.
- Understanding of how content, reviews, availability and customer experience impact marketplace performance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership.
Experience with Amazon Advertising, D2C ecommerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads or marketplace tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue or similar would be advantageous.
What's on Offer?
- Salary up to £65,000.
- Discretionary bonus.
- Competitive benefits package.
- Work with a portfolio of premium skincare, beauty and high-value consumer brands.
- Genuine ownership of Amazon marketplace strategy across multiple international brands.
- Clear pathway into leadership as the Amazon function grows.
- Join a well-established US beauty group investing heavily in its UK and European expansion.
- Modern offices in Euston, London.
- Hybrid working with 4 days per week in the office.
Please Note
Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK and must currently be based in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.
If you're looking for an opportunity where you can combine Amazon expertise, commercial ownership and the chance to build a marketplace function around premium brands, we'd love to hear from you.
