Our Structural Steel Division operates exclusively within the US market, partnering with some of North America's largest structural steel fabricators, bridge contractors, and steel construction businesses.
Demand has never been higher.
We currently have a significant volume of live vacancies across Project Management, Estimating, Operations, Quality, Executive Leadership, and Sales.
The average placement fee on the desk exceeds $27,000, giving consultants the opportunity to generate substantial commission from fewer, higher-quality placements.

* Managing recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market
* Building relationships with senior-level candidates, including Project Managers, Estimators, Directors, Vice Presidents and C-suite executives
* Headhunting passive talent from a highly specialist market
* Managing candidate processes from initial approach through to offer and placement
* Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
* Working alongside one of the most established steel recruitment teams in the industry
* Uncapped commission with no threshold
* Average fee sizes significantly above general recruitment markets
* Clear progression from Consultant through to Director level
* Bi monthly company trips and incentives
* Quarterly team events and rewards

* Monday to Thursday 12pm to 8pm

* Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
