A well-established multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. The Project Manager will deliver a varied portfolio of commercial and residential projects, working with private and public-sector clients from initial feasibility through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to progress, or an established Project Manager seeking broader project exposure. The successful Project Manager will work closely with experienced senior colleagues while taking increasing ownership of their own commissions. The Project Manager will gain valuable client-facing experience, and the Project Manager will be supported in developing towards the next stage of their career.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's roleThe Project Manager will support and lead projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover. Responsibilities will include coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, preparing programmes, monitoring risks and producing clear progress reports for clients.
