Job description

Head Ghillie (Head Concierge)

Location: The Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar,

Awarded
Condé Nast Traveler Triple Crown and holder of 2 Michelin Keys, the Fife Arms

commercial instinct, you will elevate every stage of the guest journey—while
driving revenue through curated experiences, partnerships, and bespoke
services.

Working closely with the Deputy
General Manager, Front of House Manager, and Reservations & Revenue
Manager, you will position the Ghillie team at the heart of the guest
experience, acting as both host and storyteller for everything the hotel and
local area have to offer.

Commercial Performance

  • Drive
revenue across experiences, transport, and third-party partnerships

  • Ensure
all offerings are commercially viable, competitively priced, and aligned
    with business targets

  • Identify
opportunities to maximise guest spend through thoughtful upselling

Partnerships and Experiences

  • Build
and nurture relationships with best-in-class local suppliers and partners

  • Curate
distinctive, high-quality experiences that set the hotel apart

  • Regularly
review performance to ensure both quality and profitability

Team Development

  • Coach
and develop the team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results

  • Deliver
training in product knowledge, storytelling, and sales techniques

  • Monitor
    performance and support continuous improvement

Compliance and Operations

  • Ensure
full compliance with Health and Safety and company standards

  • Manage
supplier compliance, equipment, and departmental resources

  • Support
    duty management responsibilities when required

  • Oversee
vehicle standards and staff shuttle operations in collaboration with the
    Head Driver

About You

You are a dynamic and creative
hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and leads with
confidence and authenticity.
