Senior Account Manager – Integrated Marketing Agency

South Manchester - Hybrid – 3/ 4 days in office)


An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic boutique Integrated Marketing Communications agency (B2B-First)


We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Account Manager with strong agency experience and a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and love working across diverse clients and channels, this could be the perfect next step. A mix of both B2B and B2C work.


About the Role:

This is a true full-service role, spanning:

  • Campaign & production management
  • Brand & print
  • Digital, social & influencer marketing
  • Web development


You'll work closely with a talented and close-knit team known for delivering standout work across sectors like FMCG, Tech, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and more.

We're also open to candidates looking to grow into new marketing disciplines, so if you're looking to broaden your experience, you'll be in the right place.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong strategic relationships
  • Monitor and manage the performance of your accounts
  • Lead campaign sign-offs, ensuring high-quality, on-strategy delivery
  • Manage your workload and mentor junior team members
  • Support effective team resourcing and delegation
  • Keep project financials accurate and up to date
  • Champion agency values and share knowledge across the team
  • Stay on top of industry trends and innovations


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous agency experience is a must
  • Strong multichannel marketing background, including content marketing
  • Solid knowledge of key marketing technologies and platforms
  • Confident, organised, proactive, and collaborative
  • A team player who’s not afraid to take the lead
