Are you ready to make an impact in the world of internal recruitment Were on the hunt for a talented Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the Bristol Aztec West office the rest working from home.
As a key player in our recruitment function youll work closely with recruiting managers and the broader team to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. Youll be managing 15 vacancies at different stages of sourcing selection and onboarding.

Undertaking role briefs
Sourcing
Interviewing
Offer management
Onboarding
Youll be working within a dynamic fast-paced environment so youll need to be comfortable working at speed while ensuring accuracy is never compromised. The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential!
Since most of the roles you will be recruiting are engineering and infrastructure-based it would be ideal if you have experience in one of the following sectors:
Power Generation
Transportation Infrastructure
Engineering
Utilities
Construction/Facilities

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
