As HR Business Partner you will partner closely with operational and site leaders to provide commercially focused HR support that drives business performance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness across the operational side of the business. Working alongside the Lead HR Business Partner you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing supply chain logistics and site-based teams while delivering both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on people support.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a visible impact within a growing food manufacturing business.
This is a hybrid role and you would be required to spend 3 days a week at site inc York Cleckheaton Blackburn and Blackpool.
