We are looking for a skilled User Researcher to lead and deliver user research activities through the Beta phase of product development. This role focuses on understanding user needs, generating actionable insights, and ensuring that user-centered design principles are Embedded throughout the delivery life cycle. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to shape services based on real user feedback and evidence. Key Responsibilities 1.
