About the Role You will teach Science across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ scientific understanding, practical skills, and analytical thinking. Alongside classroom teaching, you will take on additional departmental responsibilities, which may include supporting curriculum development, mentoring colleagues, leading an area of the curriculum, supporting assessment strategies, or contributing to STEM enrichment initiatives. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Science examinations, helping them build confidence in practical investigations, scientific literacy, and exam technique. You will work collaboratively within a successful department while benefiting from smaller class sizes and strong leadership support.
