Job description
Basic neg to £50,000 OTE £20,000 (uncapped) Our client is a whole of market mortgage broker who have built a reputation for delivering quality advice and service. Presently they are seeking to appoint a sales manager to work with their life & protection team based within their Southampton office. Please note this is a full-time office-based position. The successful candidate will work with fifteen direct reports, some of whom are office basedothers remote. The team are a mix of experienced long tenure individuals and others who are in the first couple of years within their employment with the client. Each will require the support, development, and performance management skills of an experienced leader to maximise their own potential and support the delivery of the companies objectives. The person we are seeking will have extensive sales management experience within an advicebased protection background. As all business is transacted over the phone or virtual so you will also need to have experience of working within this environment. Skills and Experience Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years sales management experience within an outbound, advicebased protection role working with a variety of lead sources, ideally referral from mortgage advisors.
