What you’ll be doing First‑line application support — responding to queries from colleagues, resolving issues where possible and escalating when needed. Building deep knowledge of Acturis and other core business applications. Maintaining and developing our company letter suite. Understanding the insurance landscape to better support users. Keeping up to date with vendor releases and sharing updates with the team. Contributing to team meetings, planning, and action tracking. Who we’re looking for This role is perfect for a school leaver or recent graduate with a passion for technology and an interest in software or application support.
