Experienced MSD365 HR functional / technical consultant with experience of the following HR modules / processes that will need configuration / customisation in MSD365.
Designing and developing solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Implementing business automations using Power Platform and Power Automate. Working with clients to update, extend or migrate their current IT applications to make optimal use of the possibilities that Dynamics 365 CRM offers.
Knowledge / Experience:
1) Detailed knowledge of MSD365 HR product
2) Experienced in config / custom of MSD365 HR product
3) Experience of engaging in client workshops to get clarification of config/custom required).

Data Migration & Testing: Managing data migration, functional testing, and system integration (e.g., Finance & Operations, Teams).
System Administration: Providing ongoing support and optimization to improve workforce insights and employee self-service.
Domain Expertise: Understanding HR best practices, global regulations, and compliant compensation planning.

RequirementsQualifications Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering or related majors Minimum of 8 years’ applied experience as an API engineer Strong experience in API designing and creating architectural artefacts such as gap analysis, low level designs, data models etc. More than 5 years of engineering background in back-end microservices application development, application security and authentication development, cache and middleware More than 8 years’ experience programming in Java and ideally Go and Rust Expertise in JVM tuning and diagnostic for application troubleshooting and performance-optimization Expertise in distributed system design including microservices, Springboot Experience working with Kafka, Docker, k8s, service mesh Experience with monitoring and observability technologies: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, Kiali, Open Telemetry Experience in cloud and DevOps, familiar to network (VPC) and firewall on cloud, identity and access management, cloud delivery including sizing and costing Demonstrable knowledge on infrastructure like Linux OS, networking, storage, network load-balancing, Kubernetes CNI.
