From enhanced flexibility and working from anywhere to your birthday off, an annual wellbeing allowance and our own discounts portal. * Private Counselling with a weekly confidential helpline available * £150 Wellbeing Allowance per year * Working elsewhere policy (4 weeks per year) * Buy and sell annual leave scheme (upto 3 days per year) What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager – Note: this is a field based role out on the road up to 4 days per week in South Wales, ideal home base would be Swansea, Cardiff, Newport. * Building strong, trusted relationships with branch managers and teams * Delivering engaging face-to‑face and virtual training sessions to estate agents * Coaching branches to identify and convert auction opportunities * Promoting our MMoA proposition * Managing your own diary to maximise branch visits and performance * Analysing and presenting performance data to key stakeholders * Creating success stories and case studies to showcase results * Acting as a brand ambassador for iamproperty at all times * Supporting colleagues and covering other regions when needed What are we looking for? * Previous experience within the property industry is essential, preferably within a Sales Manager/Branch Manager/Area Manager role * A proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results * The ability to motivate and coach estate agents to successfully offer our services to their clients in order to secure more business * Excellent, engaging presentation skills being comfortable in speaking to both large and small audiences, in all training mediums. * You will have a persuasive and inspiring manner with the confidence to deal with a variety of stakeholders within a business to develop trust and product confidence The successful candidate will need to be flexible to travel extensively throughout the UK and stay away from home overnight as and when required.
