Job description
A top-performing grammar school in Slough needs a meticulous Data Manager to take charge of their Management Information System (MIS). You’ll be responsible for student data, reporting, and ensuring that teachers have the information they need to support student progress. This is a role for someone who prizes accuracy and enjoys the technical side of school administration in a setting where achievement is celebrated. The School Environment This is a scholarly and well-ordered workplace where things are run efficiently. Because the students are so motivated, the focus is entirely on high-level results and support. The leadership team prizes professional trust and will give you the resources and space you need to manage the school’s data professionally. Requirements Essential: Deep experience with school MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom). Essential: Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail when handling complex data sets. Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship). Someone who is exceptionally organized and comfortable working to strict academic deadlines.
