Management Accountant

Reporting to: Finance Director
A privately owned, fast‑moving business is looking for a hands‑on, energetic Management Accountant who wants to step into a role where their work genuinely shapes the direction of the company. This is not a back‑office reporting job — it’s a position for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and being close to the numbers that drive real decisions.
Working directly with the Finance Director and the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a central role in producing high‑quality management accounts, driving monthly forecasting, and supporting the business with insight that influences performance, growth, and strategy.

The Role
You will be the heartbeat of the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring the business has accurate, timely, and commercially meaningful financial information. You’ll work across operations, commercial, and leadership teams to bring clarity, challenge, and forward‑looking analysis.
