A highly confidential, permanent full-time position has opened for a distinguished medical leader to serve as the sole healthcare guardian for an ultra-high-net-worth individual and their immediate circle.
This role is defined by absolute clinical autonomy, proactive wellness management, and uncompromising discretion. As the appointed Chief Medical Officer, you will dictate the medical protocols and provide continuous oversight as your principal moves across premium European residences.
Your expertise will be required on standby across exclusive locales, specifically the Algarve, Mallorca, Ibiza, Marbella, Monaco, Italy, and the Greek Islands.
Academic Origin: You must possess a medical degree originating strictly from the EU, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia.
Clinical Experience: At least 60 months of verified post-specialization practice in your respective field.
Specialist Focus: Your background must be firmly rooted in Internal Medicine, Emergency Care, or Family Medicine.
Communication Mastery: Impeccable spoken and written English is mandatory to maintain meticulous health dossiers and communicate complex medical data clearly.
Compensation Package: £240,000 GBP per year, delivered completely free of taxation.
Time Off: One month (30 days) of remunerated vacation time.

Requirements
Medical degree from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred. Fluent English essential. Private medicine, concierge medicine, executive health, remote medicine, travel medicine, or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred. High discretion, clinical autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.
