Housekeeper – The Great Decoy, Hurstbourne Tarrant

The Great Decoy is
our newest opening and first pub in Hampshire. The name comes from WWII. Local
people came together to build a network of decoy installations — fake runways,
dummy lights — to mislead enemy aircraft. Ordinary people doing something extraordinary,
collectively. We thought that was worth remembering.

We’re on the hunt
for a reliable and detail orientated Housekeeper.

If you take pride
in creating clean, welcoming spaces and want to be part of a hospitality team
that truly cares about guest experience, this is a fantastic opportunity. As a
Housekeeper for Chickpea Group, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our rooms
and public areas are maintained to the highest standard, helping guests feel
comfortable and at home while working as part of a supportive and friendly
team.

What You’ll Be
Doing

• Cleaning guests’ rooms to the highest
  standard.


• Cleaning and tidying communal areas of
  the business including customer bathrooms.


• Welcoming guests with warmth, energy,
  and a big smile


• Delivering exceptional hospitality
  from start to finish


• Handling guest requests like a pro


• Working closely with your team members
  to create a great vibe

What We’re
Looking For

• Experience in a housekeeping role is
