Youll oversee handovers, allocate staff effectively and ensure each residents needs are met with dignity, respect and consistency. Youll mentor and supervise carers, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to provide the highest standard of care. Youll lead by exampleauditing care plans, managing medication safely, welcoming new residents and communicating effectively with families, GPs and multi-disciplinary professionals.
