Role Purpose : Join Darwin Brasserie, located within London's iconic Sky Garden, as our next Assistant General Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join one of London's most prestigious restaurant destinations.
We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a high volume premium restaurant environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading restaurant operations, developing a large front-of-house team, and ensuring outstanding service standards. *What you'll be doing* * Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant * Leading, motivating, and developing a large front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service * Managing service standards and operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant during busy service periods * Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of team members * Creating a positive, energetic, and high-performing culture that encourages team engagement and career development *What we're looking for* * Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar hospitality management role * Experience working within a high-volume premium restaurant, dining, or hospitality environment * A confident and inspiring leader with excellent people management, coaching, and team development skills * Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities * A genuine passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service excellence *Good to know* This position offers a competitive salary of up to 55,000 inclusive of service charge, alongside excellent training and development opportunities within one of London's most prestigious hospitality destinations.
