A Senior Sales Negotiator is required to join a busy residential sales team in the Chinnor area.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a customer-focused property environment supporting clients through the buying and selling process while delivering excellent levels of service.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing sales activity from initial enquiry through to completion working closely with vendors buyers and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently.

This position requires strong communication skills confidence when negotiating and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining a professional and organised approach.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Register applicants and identify suitable property opportunities
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers
• Generate valuation opportunities and follow up on leads
• Negotiate offers and agree sales between vendors and buyers
• Manage the sales process through to completion while liaising with all parties involved
• Maintain accurate client records and provide regular updates throughout the transaction

• Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines
• Professional and personable approach when dealing with clients
• Good IT skills with experience using CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
