Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Financial Systems Manager for a permanent position based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional with strong ERP systems expertise, particularly Sage X3, to take ownership of financial reporting, systems optimisation, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering activities across the organisation.
📍 Location: London (5 days onsite)
💰 Salary: Up to £85,000

Key responsibilities include:
✅ Managing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
✅ Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
✅ Developing KPI dashboards and performance reporting
✅ Acting as the Sage X3 subject matter expert
✅ Driving finance systems improvements and enhancements
✅ Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight
✅ Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and cost optimisation
We're looking for candidates with:
✔ Proven experience in a Financial Systems Manager, Finance Systems Lead, or Management Accountant role
✔ Strong Sage X3 experience
✔ Advanced Excel skills
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
✔ Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI (desirable)
