Job description
An Outstanding secondary school in Westminster is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join its Senior Leadership Team. This is a key operational role overseeing finance, HR, compliance, estates, and administration across the school. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing the school’s budget, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the site. The School High-performing mixed secondary school with an Outstanding Ofsted rating Supportive and professional working environment Strong leadership team with clear systems and processes in place Central London location with excellent transport links Requirements Previous experience as a School Business Manager or senior operations lead within a UK school Strong background in finance, HR, or operations Knowledge of school compliance and budgeting processes CSBM/DSBM qualifications desirable Must have the right to work in the UK Benefits Local Government Pension Scheme Ongoing CPD and leadership development Full-year permanent contract Interviews taking place next week Please apply with an updated CV for immediate consideration.
